Saved the day!
Got a really good deal on a dehumidifier and after verifying the compressor ran brought it home only to find out it shuts down for low refrigerant after 10 or 15 minutes. Ordered the recharge kit and a piercing service valve and had it back running properly in about an hour. Time will tell if the leak sealer works or not but it was still a sealed system and 10 years old so it had to be a tiny leak.
